There is a recent, new push in adult education to focus on problem solving using technology. This skill is now being seen as one of the necessary elements of full digital literacy. Many are advocating for explicit instruction in problem solving. The activities below begin by posing a problem and using Padlet as the tool that teachers and students can use to create, collaborate, and share what they have developed on the interactive board. Before you begin reading the lesson ideas, you might want to experience just how easy it is to create your own Padlet.
I've used a Padlet to share a series of lesson ideas of increasing complexity. Use the scroll bars on the side and bottom to explore the full Padlet and try out clicking on the different boxes. If you are having trouble viewing the Padlet, view it on the web.
